Why we built Unified Contacts

After each successful Microsoft Teams Phone System migration, users are confronted with a different telephony experience than what they were previously used to: Internal and external contacts cannot be found in one place and the differences between Teams-to-Teams and Teams-to-PSTN calls are confusing. As a result, service desk requests are spiking.

With Unified Contacts, we have developed a solution that brings the new telephony experience in Microsoft Teams together with well-established procedures and a familiar look and feel.
