Then Unified Contacts has something for you: With Unified Contacts 5.4.0, you can perform a reverse number lookup against contacts in the Unified Contacts Database and inject the DisplayName of the caller into the SIP header. This is a pro-only feature.

As Administrator you can define what sources should be searched through by Unified Contacts. Currently, you can enable up to five different sources (Entra Id, User Contacts, Org Contacts, SharePoint, Database).

Now you can access and use Unified Contacts from Outlook (old & new) and even from Microsoft 365 (Office) as a standalone app!
